How To Choose The Best Mattress - Mattress Buying Tips

Posted in Making Money With Ad programs by matsiltala on the February 4th, 2008

Although buying a mattress is something everyone must do at least once during their lifetime, it can be an overwhelming task. There are so many different manufacturers, styles and sizes to choose from that it can almost become more of a job than a fun task. It becomes that much more important that the consumer takes the time to research the top selling brands and makes to get a good idea of what is selling and what people like. You can find this type of information through consumer review websites and learn what consumers just like you think of their new mattresses.

We have five great tips for you to use as a guideline when you are looking for your new mattress.

  1. Soft of hard mattress
  2. Durability
  3. Space
  4. Warranty
  5. Manufacturer - we recommend Rocky Mountain Mattress if you are looking for a memory foam mattress.

Softness/Hardness & Durability

Of course the first tip is simple because everyone has different tastes when it comes to the level of flexibility in a mattress. It is important to know what you and your partner prefer before you enter any furniture retailer. Durability is a factor that is often overlooked when mattress shopping and one that can be quite important. You need to make sure you are buying a high quality brand so you can be confident it can last for years to come.

Space

It is important to factor in the number of people sleeping in the bed and their heights. If you and your partner sleep together you need to make sure the bed is big enough by width and length so both of you are comfortable. There are different lengths for each bed so you need to do your research in advance and know exactly what you will need.

Warranty & Manufacturer

The warranty and the manufacturer are two very important factors that always need to be on your list before you buy any mattress. There are now dozens of popular manufacturers on the market today but it is your job to choose the top five and then narrow it down from there. You want to go with the majority most of the time when it comes to a reliable manufacturer. They will offer you a great warranty so durability becomes less of a problem.

Take these tips into consideration when you are buying your first or third mattress and see the difference between a knowledgeable shopper and a blind shopper.

What is PCI Compliance?

Posted in Making Money With Ad programs by matsiltala on the November 29th, 2007

PCI Compliance is defined as - The Payment Card Industry, including MasterCard and Visa, require banks, online merchants and Member Service Providers (MSPs) to protect cardholder information by adhering to a set of security standards. The Payment Card Industry security standard (PCI) includes MasterCard’s Site Data Protection (SDP) program and Visa’s Cardholder Information Security Program.

PCI Compliance can be difficult to understand, and most people reading this blog it is probably the first time they have even heard of it.  The scary thing is all of the risks that are out there if your website is not PCI Compliant.  These risks are real.
Any ad (revenue generating) website that processes credit cards needs to learn all they can about following the standards for PCI Compliance, and can do so by visiting the PCI Complaince experts.

Build An Internet Business

Posted in Making Money With Ad programs by matsiltala on the July 25th, 2007

Welcome to the age of the internet where millions of searchers have access to an enormous database of information, business, community, and communication. Billions and even trillions of dollars are being generated through this vast scope of information. Millionaires are being created each and every day because they have learned to build an internet business that will earn them profits even while they sleep. That is the power of the internet. It works 24/7 so that you don’t have to. I first learned about the power of an Internet business while consulting at Prosper Learning, a one on one personal mentoring company.  Find a system to build an internet business with and you will reap the benefits of this great age in time. So many tools are at your disposal via the internet that will allow you to create the wealth, lifestyle, and business that suits your goals and desires.

Being in this great time one would be a fool and completely ignorant not to take advantage of the power of the internet for their gain. What better tool is there? There is no limit as to where you can do business at, who you do business with, and how you do business. You can be marketing a product to someone on the other side of the world just as easy as you could right next door. With the technology available to you as an entrepreneur, you can take your local business and change it into and International Corporation and can even get incorporated online in the process. Business is brought to you through the internet instead of you having to go to it. Build an internet business now, because now is the time.

Millions of millionaires and thousands of billionaires are being created because they decided to build an internet business instead of relying on the local economy for their success. You lay subject to so many things that can play a positive or negative effect on your local business. Businesses have been devastated due to lay-offs and closing factories. Demand is gone once the population leaves. A business is only as successful and prosperous as the economy it lies in. When you build an internet business you drastically increase the size of your economy (a little bit of Customer Analysis can prove this to you)!

The internet never sleeps. It is always working for you, if you set it up to do so. Make money for simply having an ad on your website or selling a product to someone on the other side of the world as you sleep. The lists of ways you can build an internet business go on and on. From Google Adsense to Zango advertising, get paid for marketing. I can show you a marketing business that pays huge profits per sale in commissions while getting paid for your advertising and training. It’s simply leverage. Leverage over time with an increase in profits. That is why so many people build and internet business. It just makes sense.

95% of businesses without a system fail within their third year and 95% of business with a system to succeed. The important thing about an internet business is the system. You will find many ways to do business over the internet but the ones that have the most success are the ones that are proven. A system will do a number of things for you. It will provide you with training and support from the ones who created the system and also give you a road map to follow. The reason it is a system is because it is turnkey, meaning, people can duplicate it. Build an internet business by following those who have already done so and have been successful. Learn from leaders to become one yourselves. If someone else has done it, you can do it also. That is what the system is for, to show you how.

In order to build an internet business that is successful you will need to market your opportunity or business. Marketing is the nuts and bolts of the business. People won’t know who you are unless you get out there and tell them who and what you are and what you have that they want. There are hundreds and maybe even thousands of different ways you can market and build an internet business. Banner ads, CPC advertising, blogs and social marketing, bulk emailing, SEO and community sites to name a few. You can even advertise your internet business outside of the internet. Some of the best leads and customers are the ones who find your products or services outside of the internet. Marketing is also part of the system that you should follow in building an internet business. In my industry, proven methods of marketing are already provided. It’s all about turnkey.

Have a mastermind group that you can go to frequently to brainstorm ideas with. You should find people to mastermind with that are more successful than you are. Don’t be afraid to toss around your ideas as well, you will learn. Henry Ford didn’t build his automobile empire by knowing everything about the industry. He knew others who knew a little here and there that he could rely on for information and mastermind with from time to time. Just because people say that fortunes are being created on the internet does not mean that is will be easy. It is just easier!

Build an internet business that is not only lucrative, but not so time consuming. I show others how to build an internet business from scratch with little or no experience in business or internet marketing. I have a system that is turnkey and completely marketable. The internet business I run is in the Personal Development Industry which is an industry that has been around for quite some time and will continue to grow. I take advantage of the many different streams of income available to me through my marketing efforts. I teach this business to ambitious entrepreneur minded individuals who are looking to build and internet business and create a lifestyle of wealth and abundance.

Home Based Business - Business Know How

Posted in Work From Home by matsiltala on the May 5th, 2007

If you are looking to work from home, then you need to check out what Marie Arbizo from Business Know How (dot) com has to say. You will not fail with Marie Arbizo by your side!
The art of attracting more of what you want and less of what you don’t want, is a good way to describe it. To many, it is a force that is unmeasurable, unseen, and beyond the means of scientific proof. It is a law that surrounds every single thought, action, or output of energy. It’s a law that governs all that happens in this world, whether we believe it or not, or even recognize it’s presence. It determines the results you are experiencing at this very moment.

Again I would like to recommend a documentary called “The Secret.” If you haven’t watched it, get it. It will change your perspective on everything you have accomplished up to this point in your life.

Let me give you a background of what this law consists of and how it works. Everything in existence is made up of matter. Matter is made up of smaller particles, atoms. What are atoms? They are basically energy. All matter is energy. If we are energy, what effect do we have on everything that surrounds us and ultimately, all other forms of energy? Newton’s third law of motion states, “For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.” It didn’t specify what type of action, just an action. Is having a thought, an action. I believe so. Thought, in my opinion, is the most powerful source of energy in existence. We all remember the saying, “Whatever the mind of a man can conceive and believe it can achieve.” Before the action, comes the thought. Without the thought, there is no action. It doesn’t exist!

Thought energy can be measured as either positive or negative. Just as light and darkness cannot coexist, the same is true for positive and negative thought. They repel each other. Thus, you can only put out either positive or negative vibration, not both at the same time. The Law of Attraction responds to the type of energy you feed it. It is said that whatever type of energy you put out, it will return to you with more of the same. The Law of Attraction gives you more of what you put out, thus attracting either positive or negative experiences in your life. It has no favorites and only responds to what you feed it by giving you more of the same. So, whatever you have in your life at this point, you have attracted it through your thoughts and actions. If you concentrate your focus and energy towards a specific goal or possession for a long enough period of time, it will eventually present itself in a physical form, either by opportunity or a manifestation of the exact thing you were focussed on. But, you must be ready and observant, and be willing to take the actions towards obtaining it.

I am in the Personal Development industry and home based business arena for a few years now. The Law of Attraction is not a new thing. It has been used by many great men and women who have accomplished much in their lifetime. It is a law than many understood, possibly ranging back to the early civilizations in time. It is a law that was used to gain power over others in the past. Many of the great rulers (and a lot in the millionaire club) of the world may have known it. Today, it can be harnessed and learned, and used to attract more of what you want. I assist others in applying this principle through a business model specifically designed after this concept. It is a combination of Personal Development and Direct Sales through a work from home business. The human mind has more potential than we can even comprehend. Through Personal Development, one can learn to apply this law and have the ability to literally attract prosperity, abundance, and success. The only thing you have to worry about when it comes to a home business is wearing the life out of your laptop battery!
If you are looking to make millions, and get into a Legitimate Home Based Business and make more in one month then you do in an entire year, then you need to talk to Marie Arbizo. Marie Arbizo is a Successful Entrepreneur and can help you on your path to financial freedom through this Home Business.

Web Site Analytics

Posted in Web Site Analytics by matsiltala on the May 3rd, 2007

Since this is a blog about making money with ad paying programs such as Google Adsense, Bidvertiser, or Yahoo Publisher Network Ads I wanted to talk a little about what tools I use, and what helps me make more money with ad paying programs.

I am amazed that it is 2007 and sometimes when I talk with people they still have no clue what web site analytics are. Most people do understand what tracking statistics are, but when it comes to deep web analytics they really have no clue what it is, or how it can really help them.

Everyone involved in Internet business understands things like conversion rates, cost per click, leads etc. What would it be worth to you to better understand the way that people are visiting your site, and the paths they take when they are on your site, so you could better convert them and make more money? Its a given that anyone would say “YES” to making more money right? Well then, why are more companies not using amazing tools like web analytics to help them with the total tracking of everything that is done of their web site?

If you could better keep track of your search engine marketing - ie, PPC Fraud, behavioral targeting, entry pages, exit pages, site overlays, paths, visitors by time and day, etc then I don’t understand why you would not? Understanding Analytics and what they will do for you is one of the things that successful affiliate marketers do, that separates them from those that are only making a buck a day from people clicking on ads.

Wyoming is a good place to incorporate

Posted in Business by matsiltala on the March 29th, 2007

In fact, when you think ‘limited liability company’ you should take off your hat, pause a while and thank Wyoming. That is because in 1977, Wyoming became the first state to pass legislation authorizing the creation of a special kind of Wyoming Corporation: The limited liability company.

This was the first LLC legislation in the entire country. It was not until 1982 that a further state authorized the LLC, and it took a further six years, until 1988 to be precise, for the IRS to issue a ruling that Wyoming LLCs would be taxed as partnerships instead of as corporations. This ruling encouraged other states to enact similar statutes, and in less than a decade after the ruling, all states had followed suit. Wyoming can be very innovative, all things considered.

The state adopted the Wyoming Corporation Act providing a unique set of rules for people wanting to incorporate in this state. It may yet be another far-reaching initiative. Although the statute may not be quite as jealously protective of identities and assets as Nevada, it definitely is as willing to promote business. So, what does the Wyoming Corporation have to offer?

Corporate finance officers will always want to hear this: The state does not impose state income tax on Wyoming corporations. In addition to not charging corporate income taxes, it does not levy any franchise taxes or taxes on corporate shares. When you are organizing your Wyoming Corporation, your Articles of Incorporation may provide for an unlimited number of stocks. You do not have to state a par value though. Once the annual fee for maintaining your Wyoming Corporation falls due, it will be calculated based on the number of shares of no par value. For fees on assets, the annual fees are calculated on the value of corporate assets located within the state only, and will not include any assets located outside Wyoming.

In terms of governance, the law does not require that a board of directors be established for Wyoming Corporations with less than fifty shareholders; in fact, Wyoming Corporations with very few shareholders are not required to conduct meetings, keep minutes of shareholders’ meetings or maintain any of the documentation and paperwork you would normally associate with the operations of a board of directors.

You may wonder if the state provides effective asset protection to Wyoming corporations. You don’t have to submit any stockholder lists and you don’t have to issue any share certificates. Corporations are never required to disclose the names of shareholders on any share certificates. Wyoming corporations don’t allow bearer shares though. The law allows nominee shareholders to represent the real owner. This affords the true or beneficial owner a measure of privacy. Some investors may still prefer the bulletproof anonymity offered by bearer shares instead of a nominee structure, but either way you can still write off all of those cell phone batteries you go through for your business.
There are instances where the state courts may allow the corporate veil of Wyoming corporations to be pierced and may hold the officers and/or shareholders to be personally liable. Generally, the commingling of, or failure to segregate, company funds and other assets, as well as fraud and failure to provide adequate capitalization to the corporation, will initiate such action.

A little bit of Reputation Managment

Posted in Reputation Management by matsiltala on the March 20th, 2007

Here is an amazing post on another blog I co-author at about getting rid of rip off report if your business finds itself struggling with showing up on this over-ranked worthless site.  This post was done by Chris Bennett and it is amazing how  we learn that one persons thoughts of a company can ruin the entire company when it was the individual that really has the problem.  97th Floor gives us a little advice about reputation management and what can be done to combat these fools at rip off report (dot) com.

I wanted to share this little tid bit of info here on this blog because I understand that a lot that are into Internet business and making money with ad paying programs often come under some intense heat.  If you ever find yourself (or your business) in this situation you need to contact 97th Floor.
